Non-emergency issues

To request service for non-emergency issues, please submit a ticket in your Resident Portal. Non-emergency issues are interior light bulbs, holes in the wall, etc.

Emergency Issues

For emergencies such as water leaking, fire damage, burglary, exterior light bulbs, etc. please call or text Jake Schneider at (573) 427-7662. If no answer, please be sure to leave a message.

Items you may be charged for

In the unlikely event of tenant caused damage, you will be charged accordingly. Tenant caused damage would include (but not limited to):

  • Holes in walls
  • Broken fixtures
  • Missing Fixtures
  • Clogged or leaking garbage disposal from foreign object (shot glass)
  • Clogged toilets
  • Damaged doors and trim work
  • Carpet damage
Preventative Maintenance

Over Mizzou Fall, Winter, and Spring Breaks we will be inside your home preforming routine and preventative maintenance. We will be randomly checking furnace filters, smoke alarm batteries in each bedroom, etc.
